YERMO MARINE LOGISTIC BASE IN BARSTOW CALIFORNIA RACIAL PROFILING & DIS...

We Cannot and will not accept Racial Profiling no matter what the Condition

To whom it may concern I Essie A Berry member NAACP ,I am writing you on behalf of a gentleman by the name of Deondrae Jackson who works on Yermo Marine Logistic Base located in Barstow California.In Feb,2010 Deondrae Jackson reported to the base boss about 3 young lady's that had been racially profiling him on his job and was sending nasty text messages to his phone and also he felt that one of these lady's had put something in a drink he was took to the ER. The ER said that what ever it was he drank did not show up in his system, a boss said that he tasted the drink and it taste like something was in this drink. I Essie Berry saw one of the text,a black monkey that was jumping out of a chicken box making a funny noise.After I wrote a letter to the Yermo base for Deondrae Jackson and his Union Rep Mr Pat Knox a little after the fact they transfered Deondrae Jackson to another location on base and no one else said anything about the case.He was moved for about 9 month and all of a sudden transfer back to the same place Oct 2010 where the racial profiling began.One of the bosses working with Deondrae Jackson his niece was one of the young lady's accused of putting something in his drink and also sending nasty racial text messages and there was no write up done about this case about these lady's..Deondrae has been Yermo base since 2006 and since being transfer back to base 573 he has had at least 7 write up and 3 of them can be proven that are a lie and fraud from the big bosses.He was written up on a day where he was not even at work he had a doctors appointment,A Boss came to Deondrae and told that the head branch of Yermo Base base was trying to fire him and he is also good friends with the Uncle of this girl who did the racial profiling.Now I Essie Berry posted a video about the racial Profiling on Yermo Base and also a video showing where a boss came to Deondrae telling him they were coming after him.The union Rep for Deondrae Jackson feel this is Retaliation and will be filing paper's Monday Nov.8 about this case with EEO.I posted the video so the base would be expose to the racial profiling that is going on.One of the video's was posted wed Nov 3,2010 about the cover-up about Yermo Logistic Base Discrimination and Racial Profiling.Also posted is a video Nov 5 2010 is a video where a boss is telling Deondrae Jackson that these people are coming after Deondrae Jackson for Retaliation for the Feb 2010 Problem. These video's that I posted on you tube. .The Yermo Marine Logistic base ask me not to go public trying to keep this cover up from getting out, there is also other cases pending right now with this base.Mr Pat Knox said that there should have been a law suit the first time for these problems when they began but they transfered Deondrae to keep his mouth close and they know he had a good case.
